About EiSupply Company
Thank you for this opportunity to introduce myself and offer the services
of my company to you and your company. EiSupply is an export trading
company that provides a valuable purchasing and exporting service to

In 1998, while living and working in Eastern Europe, consulting for a
multinational manufacturer, I discovered that manufacturers, even ones with
international corporate affiliations, are often isolated in their daily
production and maintenance operations.
Time and again I found that many American companies lacked the interest or
expertise to conduct or support international sales. Often, the Original
Equipment Manufacturer was the only option available to these Eastern
European manufacturers for replacement parts at exorbitant "list" prices.
As you know, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) do not manufacture the
majority of the components in their machines. It is not unusual for OEMs to
mark-up prices on their spare parts to two or three times their
manufactured cost.
When I returned to the U.S., I founded Edwards Industrial Supply to provide
purchasing and exporting support for my Eastern European friends. Since
then, Edwards Industrial Supply has shortened its name to EiSupply, and has
grown into a service and value oriented company boasting relationships with
hundreds of manufacturers and specializing in exporting American made
products to locations around the world.
EiSupply has also become a valuable purchasing resource to companies who
own and operate European and American made machinery. EiSupply buys
components directly from the manufacturers who make them. We have
distribution agreements with hundreds of manufacturers such as Emerson,
Warner, GE and Lincoln. These are top quality manufacturers supplying
original equipment parts, not substitutes, so your equipment manufacturer's
warranties are not compromised.
Whether you require individual parts (like clutches, brakes, AC/DC drives,
actuators or pumps), or complete machines (like filtration or pumping
systems) or consumables (like bulbs, tape or fasteners), EiSupply acquires
the correct parts for your application, and we deliver your order to your
plant, promptly and professionally. We guarantee it.
We do not maintain an inventory, so our overhead is very low. Likewise, our
mark-up is very low. Our philosophy is to grow our business with yours, by
minimizing our own costs, negotiating favorable supplier pricing and
offering that cost savings to you to become your preferred import supplier.

attention to shipping details, insuring that your order will clear customs
and arrive undamaged.
